Questions and answers
What does the comparison show?
People (residents, change in five years, area, shares of children and of retirement age), apartment prices and their 12-month change, scores out of 100 for things like greenery, quiet and transport, and everyday places per 10,000 residents.
Why are everyday places counted per 10,000 residents?
So a big district and a small one can be compared fairly. It tells you how many schools, clinics or parks there are for the people who live there, not just in total.
What do the highlighted numbers mean?
The highlighted side does better on that row: a higher score or more places, or a lower price per m².
Where do the numbers come from?
Population from GUS, apartment prices from real sales in the GUGiK price register (RCN), and places and scores from OpenStreetMap and Overture.
