Terms of service

These terms apply to hapstown.com and its city sites. By using them you accept these terms.

This is a translation. The Polish version is the binding one.

1. Who runs Hapstown

Hapstown is run by Max Zeshut, ul. Sarmacka 12G, 02-972 Warszawa, Poland, [email protected].

2. The service

Hapstown shows open data about the city (prices, transit, places, events, news headlines from other outlets and more) on maps and pages, with its sources. It is free to use.

The data comes from public sources and may be out of date or wrong, and we don't guarantee that it is accurate or current: check anything important (opening hours, official procedures, prices) with the source we link. Nothing here is legal, financial or travel advice.

News stories belong to their outlets; we show headlines and short excerpts with a link to the original.

3. Map posters

Poster previews on the site are free for personal use. The map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, and don't attack it, disrupt it or overload it with automated requests.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design and its own texts belong to us and are protected by law. Data, photos and news belong to their sources and keep their own licences.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep Hapstown accurate and running, but we provide it as it is, and we limit our liability as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude, or limits rights that consumer law gives you.

8. Complaints and disputes

Write to [email protected]; we reply within 14 days. Polish law applies. A consumer may also ask a consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) for help and keeps the protection of the law of the country they live in.

9. Changes

We announce changes to these terms on this page. Last updated: 2026-11-04.
